What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be key to ensuring our apartment communities are in top-notch condition. From routine tasks to emergency repairs, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly for our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Timely Service Requests: You’ll efficiently tackle a variety of service requests, such as minor appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical issues, HVAC maintenance, and pool care, all while ensuring top-quality service within 24 hours.
- Groundskeeping & Curb Appeal: Keeping the property looking great by handling tasks like litter removal, pressure washing, and maintaining building exteriors and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: You'll be an integral part of a friendly, dedicated maintenance team, working together to make sure everything is in working order.
- On-Call Support: Help us stay flexible and ready for anything by sharing after-hours, weekend, and holiday responsibilities with fellow teammates.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of frequently used parts and supplies to ensure we’re always ready for the next job.
What You Bring:
- A passion for customer service and teamwork
- Property maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
