Who We’re Looking For:
We need an experienced office assistant who is a helpful, empathetic, critical thinking, energetic, problem solver. You must love doing the behind the scenes tasks that keep an office organized and efficient. You must be detailed and organized. If you love getting a checklist or to do list and getting things done and crossed off the list, you’ll be happy here. We have a whole list of things waiting for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining our stock of envelopes with labels and stamps
- Filing, organizing, scanning, and copying documents
- Preparing documents for filing and mailing
- Creating new client files
- Maintaining and organizing client files
- Office supply management, processing supply orders, restocking items, keeping track of things
- Vendor coordination to help with office maintenance
- Ordering gifts for clients, referral sources, and colleagues as requested
- Delivering gifts to clients, referral sources, and colleges as requested
- Working with our Office Manager to cut down the to-do list
- Greeting clients and visitors who come to the office
- Preparing conference room for meetings Jumping in to help anywhere you see a need or as requested
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in an office
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Comfortable with office equipment, computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.
- Comfortable with online software, CRM and CMS, and data entry
- Self-starter that takes initiative to get things done
- Take ownership of your work and projects
- Maintain and protect confidential information
