SUMMARY
The Site Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for resort guests. DESCRIPTION
Title: Two Rivers Resort – Site Attendant
Work Schedule: Seasonal. Full-Time/Non-Exempt. Scheduled 40 hours per week; flexible shifts required (all days of the week and hours, holidays, and special events). The work schedule is contingent and determined by business needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Site Maintenance and Preparation
- Clean and prepare RV sites before guest arrival, including removing trash, raking, and performing site-specific maintenance tasks.
- Power wash RV pads and surfaces as needed to maintain cleanliness and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Remove cigarette butts and other debris to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
- Landscaping and Groundskeeping
- Perform routine landscaping tasks, such as weed whacking, mowing, tree trimming, and bush maintenance, to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained.
- Inspect and maintain spigots and power pedestals to ensure proper functionality.
- Waste Management
- Collect and dispose of trash and litter from resort grounds, including guest sites, walkways, and common areas.
- Sort and dispose of waste appropriately, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Guest Services
- Shuttle guests around the resort as needed, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience.
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns, arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies for resort activities.
- Prepare the pavilion and other event areas for guests, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Provide cleanup support after events, restoring venues to their original condition.
- Facility Maintenance
- Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all amenities are functioning properly and report maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing physical tasks.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate with management regarding maintenance needs, supply requests, or guest concerns.
- Collaborate with other resort staff as needed, including cross-training on RV park operations and providing support when required.
- Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
- Background and Screening: Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

- Experience: Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work is preferred but not required.
- Equipment Use: Ability to safely and effectively operate outdoor equipment, including lawnmowers, weed whackers, and power washers.
- Physical Stamina: Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
