We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with a general mix of maintenance skills to join our Maintenance Department full-time. This person will be responsible for the building maintenance for the entire facility.

Essential Job Functions
- Maintain good working order of building plumbing and electric
- Repair drywall and paint as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance as required
- Diagnose and repair all facility systems when breakdown occurs
- Order necessary parts and maintain par levels
- Maintain highest safety standards for guests and fellow employees
- Perform floor maintenance on a variety of surfaces
- Complete documentation of work performed for all building services
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Assist with snow removal
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Experience in the Maintenance field
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Maintenance field or trade certificate completion a plus
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel/restaurant/entertainment complex setting
- Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality

Working Conditions
- Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds.
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Lifting requirements: The team member will occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 75 lbs occasionally.
