Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client services. We sell the New Street Legal Golf Carts/Cars. Sports Center Golf Carts is opening a new location in Alcoa and we are hiring Full and part time position to assist with the day to day operations. We are willing to train the right individuals.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high standards of phone etiquette.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
- Help with Charging golf carts and staging units
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing client interactions is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, with customers are essential traits.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
