Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about garage door
products and services
- Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare quotes for customers, process orders, process counter sales for walk in
customers
- Customer data entry, maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
