Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible roles within the events industry.
- Proven experience in event coordination and management, with a demonstrated portfolio of successfully executed events.
- Background in event management, preferably within the corporate or similar industry.
- Experience managing events for a large-scale organization with a national or international footprint.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel to events, spending 3 to 7 nights per trip, participating in up to 6 events per year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
