Your Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales goals. You will work closely with our Team Leader to develop strategies for success and implement changes as needed. Your objective is to develop successful Team Members who will drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Stylists and support staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and employee development
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license issued by your state of residence
- Prior experience in management or leadership, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
