At Sport-Social, we specialize in providing the highest quality services to individuals with disabilities in a fun, motivating environment. As a full-time BCBA, you will work alongside our team of BCBAs and doctoral-level Director of Applied Behavior Analysis to create innovative, outside-the-box programs that are motivating, creative, and radically neurodivergent-affirming. You will have the opportunity to not only work in a unique, fast-paced environment (not many ABA programs have recording studios and skateparks) but also work with an amazing team of motivated RBTs teaching sports, social skills, art, and music to improve the lives of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
We are currently looking for BCBAs to work the following full-time schedules:
Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
Weekday Hours:
12:00PM-8:30PM
Weekend Hours:
8:00AM-5:30PM

Salary Range (Exempt)
· Full-time Annual Exempt range $97,000-$104,000 Benefits Package
Experience & Requirements
· Oversee a team of musicians, skaters, artists, and people who truly care about what they are doing (and are all RBTs)
· Conduct intake assessments including Functional Analyses and skills-based assessments, and assist in the onboarding of new clients
· Develop the initial and ongoing plans and make regular program modifications
· Conduct regular observations of clients during their sessions
· Communicate with parents to facilitate the objectives of the client’s treatment plan
· Meet regularly with the Director of ABA and other BCBAs to discuss client cases, receive trainings, and nerd out about behavior analysis
· Provide supervision for RBTs and those working toward their BCBA
· Conduct regular parent training to ensure treatment fidelity across caregivers and promote generalization of skills across environments
· Develop skills as a behavior analyst and leader
· Maintain a reasonable caseload of clients and ensure their services are provided based
· Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with established organizational procedures
· Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
· Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
· Keep current with the literature, new research findings, and resources
· Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
· You must be a passionate BCBA tired of the old, sterile, clinical settings of our past.
· You must be willing to be creative, innovative, and willing to work in an unusual environment where we push the boundaries of how behavior analysis can be applied every day
· You must be passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities to reach the goals that are important to them.
· You must have a Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
· You must have a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
· You must have at least two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) within the field of ABA
· You must have experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
· You must be able to maintain professional boundaries, composure, and confidentiality at all times
· You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other community members
· You must be flexible and willing to respond to varying situations, use critical thinking skills, and problem-solving
· You must be dedicated to evidence-based treatment and ethical processes in the field of behavior analysis
· You must be willing to serve culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high social economic status areas.
· You must have the ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, computer skills, organizational skills and interpersonal relations
· You must have the ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
· Your jobs will include interacting with children on the floor, on skateboards, on scooters, in a bouncy house, on a balance beam, on a bicycle, on the basketball court, in a game of dodgeball, or anywhere our creativity takes us.
· You Must be able to pass the Nevada State Background Check.
