We design, manufacture, and assemble cab components and systems for the powersports, golf and turf, industrial and agricultural end markets. Job Summary
Sportech offers qualified technology students a real-world experience working in an innovative program designed to enhance academic experience, professional growth, and personal development. Students will be actively involved in Information Technology initiatives and support functions with Sportech’s employees and vendors along with fundamental exposure to an array of applications.
Essential Job Functions
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions
- Identify and report system issues to vendors, and monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
- Image and decommission hardware such as laptops and desktops
- Contribute to Sportech technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
- Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use
- Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access point
- Maintain open communication and positive working relationship with staff
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Participant must be currently enrolled in an Information Technology degree or related field program
- Participant must hold Junior or Senior standing
- Participant must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Participant must maintain all the above to continue in the program
