JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Warehouse - Shipping & Receiving team member Duties include, but are not limited to: receiving vendor orders, packing customer orders, computer use, filing paperwork, retrieving packets & assisting the front office, filing catalogs, cleaning the warehouse and organizing inventory.

Needing to onboard a mature Logistics Specialist/Shipping Clerk with experience in some or all of the following shipping methods
Primarily a Logistics role tying into shipping requiring packaging and generating shipments of any orders needing special shipping services
- International Shipments generated through FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL
- Freight Pallet shipments Generated through FedEx and broker services.
- Air Cargo Shipments including coordinating courier delivery services to pick up orders at cargo facilities and deliver to customers.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Packaging orders including orders needing to ship via freight, air cargo or internationally.
- Generating freight, air cargo, international and domestic shipments
- Communication with front office accounting and sales, customers, couriers, freight companies via phone and email
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness.
- Deliver packages to cargo facilities and FedEx in the airport using company vehicle.
- Collaborating with team members in efforts to ship orders with special shipping needs on time.
- Forecasting using job board to prepare for shipments needing special shipping services
- Loading outbound shipments
- Developing and updating the role as needed to better serve our customers.
Individual needs to be comfortable with multitasking and have a positive attitude with strong communication skills to help fulfill and advance the role. Weekday schedule with some Saturdays (reduced hours) required. Set weekday schedule may vary depending on work load 11 AM to 8-8:30PM
Ability to read and write clearly English.
Must be outgoing, self motivated and ENTHUSIASTIC!
Must have great organizational skills and be efficient with a strong emphasis on details.

LIFT 60 LBS BOXES WHEN NECESSARY
MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
