INVENTORY ANALYST
Job Type: Regular, Full-time
FLSA Status: Hourly
Location: Mebane, NC
Shift: 1st, 8:00a - 4:00p (occasional weekends)
NOTE: THIS IS AN INTERNAL HIRE POSITION
Job Purpose
The Inventory Analyst will oversee inventory movement within our Receiving/Put-Away department at our inbound facility on Washington St. This individual will work with leadership across all warehouses to correct inventory disputes. This individual will also monitor all movements of inventory across all warehouses to ensure demand is met in a timely manner. The right candidate will be a quick learner that adapts to their environment quickly and has strong problem-solving skills. The right candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual who can multitask between numerous tasks while working efficiently.

Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
- Closely monitor and clean Transfer Order (GR, 999, XFER, RETURNS, SM, Restock) reports to keep inventory and orders moving to meet customer’s expectation
- Identify and communicate inventory issues to department leadership
- Investigate LQ, LQP, and GEEK_L&F reports
- Track Missed Scans and report to Lead and Trainer on retraining opportunities
- Locate missing inventory from missing TO’s and/or move to LQ bins
- Assist in the Tracking and Sorting of Put-away
- Track and monitor outbound inventory movements
- Assist in SM/RS cleanup
- Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean daily
- Work in other areas of the warehouse as needed
- Assist with reconciling PO receipt discrepancies via the NHY smartsheet
- Prior SAP experience is a plus.
- Initiative, adaptability, and patience are a must within the role.
- Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must be problem solver
- Must have computers skills, including experience in Microsoft Office
- Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Microsoft Excel is critical
- Must be proficient in English. Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
- Vision (Near, Distance, Peripheral) and ability to distinguish colors.
- Must be able to be machine certified
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to lift, push and or pull 50lbs
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
