Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations. This role is key to ensuring that our business runs efficiently, customers are delighted, and team members are empowered. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading teams, managing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational goals. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Process Management: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Product Installations: Manage the scheduling and execution of product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Purchase Order Management: Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the facility’s cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols to protect employees, customers, and assets.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product and service standards.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective stock control practices.
- Supplies & Materials Ordering: Coordinate the timely procurement of supplies and materials needed for operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory and process management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
