Come and join our growing company as we seek to build a strong team to service customers in the Hampton Roads area. Our shop handles boat sales, service, repair, and repowering.
We are looking for qualified service and repair technicians to join our growing company. We are a dealer for several major brands including Yamaha and Suzuki with strong new boat lines.
Excellent work environment including clean indoor heated shop, full parts center with a large inventory, and a sales office.

Successful candidates will have a minimum 2 years' experience in boat rigging, outboard service or repower, and a desire to grow with our team.
Yamaha, Mercruiser, Mercury or Suzuki certifications a plus. General experience in the marine industry will also be considered as we are willing to train technicians.
