SPORTS PT LAB is an outpatient physical therapy practice located in Falls Church, Virginia. We focus on a highly active patient population of all ages and perform 1:1 care for sessions. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Falls Church, VA. There is an option for part-time. There is growth potential within the position. Currently full-time is 35 hours of patient care per week, with 5 hours of administrative and documentation time built into the 40 hours.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions and devising personalized treatment plans and programming to achieve their medical and fitness goals. The physical therapist must be comfortable with weight training as well as performing various forms of manual therapy to enhance recovery and reduce pain. We provide running analysis and gait assessments on site with tools such as Runeasi and slow motion video capture. This can be trained, but ideally looking for someone with past experience treating runners or endurance athletes.

• You are comfortable with weights, creating a clear gym training plan, &/or manipulating their current training programs
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You possess empathy and compassion for your patients and their families
• You hold a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• You have Virginia State licensure as a Physical Therapist that is current
• You have Previous experience in a Sports Physical Therapy or Outpatient clinical setting
• You have Certifications in Dry Needling
