**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Front Medical Office Coordinator/Assistant Office Manager** to lead our front desk operations and assist with overall office management. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow into a management role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for health and sports, and the ability to manage both a fast-paced environment and downtime effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Delegate tasks and provide leadership to team members
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and administrative duties
- Drive sales of products and services through confident and effective promotion
- Create and manage social media content, including taking photos and videos for business pages
- Assist in hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for front desk staff
- Maintain accurate records, financial transactions, and balance books at the end of each day
- Stay proactive during slower times by completing administrative projects and improving processes
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional client experiences
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative or leadership role, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
