Our developmental program, Soccer Bugs, works with children as young as 18 months old up to 6 years old. Soccer Bugs is more than just a ball and a great coach though. We are a stepping stone in the growth of each child. Our program combines child development techniques with the sport of soccer to progress a child’s fine & gross motor skills, cognitive thinking, and social skills.

We are hiring amazing coaches at Dulles Sportsplex. Our developmental program, Soccer Bugs, works with children as young as 18 months old up to 6 years old. Soccer Bugs is more than just a ball and a great coach though. We are a stepping stone in the growth of each child. Our program combines child development techniques with the sport of soccer to progress a child’s fine & gross motor skills, cognitive thinking, and social skills.
Location:
- Dulles Sportsplex - Sterling, VA
Spring Session: starts March 18
Shift Times: Saturday mornings 8:30am-1:00pm
Training & Collaboration: online training session before starting and 1-2 in-person training session shadowing classes; supplemental support as needed.
Compensation: starting $15/hour with opportunity for performance-based raises evaluated after each session, retention bonuses, and employee perks at each facility.
