We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to fill the position of Lead Front Desk Receptionist at SportsZone Orthopedics. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a crucial part in creating a welcoming and efficient office experience. You will lead the front desk team, ensuring a smooth flow of operations, from patient check-ins to administrative support. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and begin the check-in process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Clearly explain the insurance policies and how they relate to the services provided by our practice.
- Collect payments from patients, handling all financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Clinical Support:
- Assist with patient documents and medical records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing helpful information and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Train on and utilize the EHR (Electronic Health Record) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Administrative & Financial Duties:
- Stock office supplies and manage inventory.
- Sort and send incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with expense reports and billing.
