Who You Are
We are looking for a motivated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our brand new state-of-the-art freeze drying facility in Allentown, PA! In this role, the Multi-Craft Technician will maintain equipment and facilities to operate in the safest and most productive condition to enable production of high-quality, fresh, human-grade pet food. This job requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and team building skills to support site objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Preventative Maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
Assist in the installation, modification, or relocation of machinery and equipment.
Adhere to food safety regulations, GMPs, and OSHA standards.
Work closely with production teams to support manufacturing needs.
Requirements : Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Food manufacturing experience
