Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually opportunity for annual performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle benefits administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company goals.
- Facilitate training and development programs to foster employee growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including managing retirement plans and benefits administration.
- Provide strong guidance to management on HR-related matters to drive operational success.
- You will collaborate closely with the HR team to support and execute initiatives that enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and align with organizational goals.
You'll play a hands-on role in creating workflows and establishing stronger company policies to support our core values.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or proven HR Generalist experience, ideally supporting blue-collar roles.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking team.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various team members.
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive company information.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools like the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently with initiative.
