Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cheer Practice: Plan, organize, and execute regular cheer practice sessions to enhance cheer skills such as dances, cheers, and stunting.
- Community Outreach: Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations to promote the cheer program and increase engagement in community events.
- Schedule & Coordinate Events: Plan and manage the participation of cheer squads in local events such as halftime shows, expos, and community performances.
- Teach Cheer Skills: Provide instruction in cheer routines, stunts, and dance moves, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Work with Kids: Act as a positive role model and mentor, fostering a fun, energetic, and supportive environment for young cheerleaders.
- Customer Service: Be the face of the cheer program, providing excellent customer service and ensuring families and participants have a positive experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in cheerleading coaching or a similar role.
- Prior cheer experience (cheerleading or stunting background is a must).
- Proven experience working with children and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and events.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and a genuine love for working with kids.
