Duties / Responsibilities : DirectreporttoDirectorofGovernmentServices.Responsibleforreviewingtheworkofcallcenterstaff.Prepareworkassignmentsforstaff,includingcoordinatingtimelinesofcompletionandtrackingprojects ' duedates.Assistintrainingnewemployees.AssistwithotherdutiesrequestedbytheDirector.
RequirementsforSeniorManagerExaminer :
Candidatesmustpossess,atminimum,aMichiganAdvancedAssessingOfficerMAAO(Level2)assessmentcertificationcurrentintheirannualre -certification.
Candidatemustpossessatleast3 - 5yearsofassessingexperience.
Candidatemustpossessatleast3 - 5yearsofmanagerialexperience.
AboveaverageexperienceusingGoogleWorkspaceandMicrosoftOffice.
