Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Utilize HRIS tools such as Workday and UltiPro to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Support talent management initiatives by identifying training needs and assisting in the development of career paths for employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and talent management within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and human resources best practices.
