About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Care Associate (Temporary) to be the friendly, helpful voice (and message!) our customers rely on. You’ll be on the frontlines—supporting customers across phone, email, chat, and social platforms—delivering top-notch service with a smile (even if it’s virtual!). This role is a great fit for someone who’s confident navigating digital platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media—always with professionalism and warmth.
- Troubleshooting issues, processing orders/returns, and offering accurate, helpful info about our products and policies.
- Clearly documenting every interaction in our CRM system.
- Partnering with internal teams to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Staying up-to-date on our latest products, services, and policies.
- Sharing feedback to help us continuously improve our support processes.
- Hitting performance goals like response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
What You Bring:
✔ A high school diploma, GED, or 5 years of customer service experience
✔ Excellent communication—both written and spoken
✔ Confidence using digital tools like email, chat, web-based platforms, and CRMs
✔ A cool head in fast-paced situations, with great multitasking and time management skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
✨ Experience with digital customer service (chat, social media, or e-commerce platforms)
✨ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, or SAGE
✨ Tech troubleshooting know-how and comfort navigating digital interfaces
✨ The ability to handle multiple chats or emails like a pro
