SpotOn is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team. As a Billing Analyst at SpotOn, you will process requests related to SpotOn merchant billing. The billing analyst is responsible for supporting the operations of the accounting department by evaluating and issuing invoices, credits memos, and subscription adjustments as requested. The billing analyst will also help with managing billing discrepancies and auditing accounts for accuracy. This is an internal position that does not require any phone calls or direct communication with merchants.

You will :

Process credit memo requests and subscription adjustments as requested by Support Teams.

Analyze billing data to identify billing issues and trends.

Investigate billing discrepancies and work with other departments to resolve issues.

Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered by performing routine audits.

Manual invoicing as required.

Providing merchant invoice and credit memos copies on request.

Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role

Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles and practices

Must have exceptional math skills

Detail oriented and highly organized

Exceptional critical thinking skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel OR Google Sheets

Good written and verbal communication skills

SalesForce and NetSuite experience required

Compensation :

Our base pay ranges from $25-30 / hour for this position. Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
