Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination:
- Manage and track all logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate transportation, shipments, and inventory management.
- Oversee documentation, including shipping orders, customs declarations, and tracking updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Communicate updates on delivery status, delays, or issues proactively.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Routing Optimization:
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Analyze transportation data to identify areas for route improvements.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining service quality.
- Implement route optimization software or technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery times, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and routing performance to management.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions that improve logistics and customer support operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Familiarity with routing optimization software and logistics management tools.
