We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee our distribution center operations. Duties
- THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Manage a team of warehouse associates, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to fulfill orders accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to best practices in a distribution center setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a 3PL setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices within warehouse operations.
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
