Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in the pest control industry to help grow our business in the Denver Metro area, including all of Colorado and parts of Wyoming and Utah. This individual must have experience cultivating a strong sense of community and culture, generating and driving new sales, and leading a team of professionals in the pest control industry. High standards for service quality and value are essential in developing long-term professional relationships with current and potential clients. The Branch Manager will train others to consistently and passionately deliver uncompromising service to our customers.

The Branch Manager is responsible for fostering loyalty and retention with both clients and team members, assessing the ever-changing needs of the workforce and marketplace, and implementing policy and process changes to support our long-term growth strategies.
What you'll do :
- Manage the day-to-day business operations and administration, performing field service work as needed
- Establish relationships with customers, conduct business reviews, and resolve any service challenges
- Manage workforce growth and turnover, oversee hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling
- Monitor branch financial performance, set business objectives, and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Inspect field service work for compliance with quality standards, addressing deficiencies as needed

The responsibility of the Service Center manager is to lead the Service Center in a direction consistent with the Sprague Vision, culture and business plan. The Sprague Manager must be capable of passionately delivering uncompromising results through the work of others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience in service
industry. Past experiences demonstrate ability to generate results through others, while
achieving a team culture consistent with Sprague's.
Language Skills
Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to interact tactfully and positively with Sprague staff and management. Ability to speak effectively to clients or Sprague employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to reason and interact within a complex human environment.
Licenses or Certificates
Must be licensed in all categories and in all states that your service center supports. Current Driver's License
