Spray Foam Genie has completed thousands of spray foam jobs across the U.S. With decades of experience in the construction and insulation industry, our knowledgeable staff will ensure the spray foam is installed safely and correctly to give you the best insulation and R-value possible.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Spray Foam Technician Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the General Manager and other employees to complete jobs as efficiently as possible.

Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical skills, general carpentry skills, and basic construction knowledge.
• Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable. Painting experience is also helpful.
• Backing a truck and trailer is a must-have skill.
• Experience in spray foam for commercial or residential applications is preferred, but not required, as we will provide training for all new employees.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and agile, with the ability to work in tight attics and crawlspaces.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
• Must be able to work in hot summer conditions in a construction environment.
• Must be punctual, organized, and efficient.
• The candidate must also maintain a clean and professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• The candidate must possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and an entry drug test. Random drug screenings may be performed as needed.
  
  

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base Salary of $25,000 to $50,000 plus a daily piece rate based on work completed each day.

• Commercial painting: 1 year (Preferred)
