Role Description & Responsibilities
This is a full-time Administrative Coordinator position at Spraytec. Key responsibilities include maintaining records of accounts payable and accounts receivable, establishing connections with customers to meet their needs, facilitating communication between Spraytec Brazil and USA, tracking inventory, arranging transportation for product shipment, assisting in marketing and communication tasks, supporting sales representatives, and performing other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Finance and organization skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
