Spreetail is seeking a visionary Director of Finance to partner with our Supply Chain teams to drive strategic financial planning and optimize our supply chain network. How you will achieve success :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement financial insights that support the operations and fulfillment team goals and overall business objectives.
• Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the supply chain and fulfillment network organizations; use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
• Operational Excellence : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and systems; deliver real-time insights, weekly and monthly cadence reporting, support monthly financial close, using financial systems and advanced Excel functions and SQL to work with large data sets.
• Team Leadership and Development : Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization; act as a trusted advisor to supply chain and operations leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Innovation and Change Management : Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
