About This Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Sprig’s paid acquisition channels while supporting the broader marketing team across digital marketing, in-person and virtual events, and lifecycle initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the marketing team at Sprig. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving qualified pipeline through paid channels and expanding your marketing skillset across a variety of functions.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000 Equity Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Sprig’s paid acquisition channels while supporting the broader marketing team across digital marketing, in-person and virtual events, and lifecycle initiatives. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving qualified pipeline through paid channels and expanding your marketing skillset across a variety of functions.
Your Impact
- Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels.
- Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and report on paid media performance with insights and recommendations.
- Support broader marketing programs such as virtual events, lifecycle campaigns, and integrated campaign launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and lifecycle teams.
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data to uncover insights.
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
