Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Fleet Director
Salary: $22 - $30 Hourly DOE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant who brings with them a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to the overall success of a great team. This role will be responsible for providing office-wide administrative support and must be flexible and willing to work with multiple departments’ leaders within the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and relay messages in a timely manner.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Maintain both electronic and paper files.
- Perform data entry tasks, including creating and maintaining multiple databases for all departments.
- Assist with monthly billing and waivers.
- Assist with Purchase Orders, Work Orders and tracking.
- Help manage Subcontractor and Vendor information and assist with qualifications.
- Fixed Asset Tracking.
- Manage multiple email accounts.
- Inventory and stock all office supplies
- Participate and prepare for meetings and take notes as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing administrative duties in a busy office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
