Who You Are
Spring Bank is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, non-exempt (overtime eligible), on-site position located at our headquarters in The Bronx. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and office support to our executive team and staff, while maintaining discretion and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Hourly Pay Range:
 $25.00 - $29.00.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and office support to our executive team and staff, while maintaining discretion and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Provides administrative support to the CEO & Founder, the President and the COO.
- Greets and directs visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manages and coordinates executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
- Arranges and oversees travel plans, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Responds to administrative inquiries and resolves issues efficiently.
- Collaborates with IT to arrange for the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Processes expense reports for reimbursement and reconciles corporate card transactions.
- Oversees the general maintenance of the office, including the kitchen and conference rooms, and manages office and kitchen supplies.
- Prepares meeting agendas, schedules, PowerPoint presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Records and distributes meeting minutes as needed.
- Assists in the planning and execution of company-wide special events and initiatives.
- May occasionally travel to other Spring Bank locations within NYC.
- Performs any other related duties as required to support the team.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to busy executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams – specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Discrete, diplomatic and professional
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelors’ preferred
