Counter Person

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Person to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with cash handling, tagging clothes , organizing clothes and ensure that our store maintains high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• tagging coustomers clothes, packing clothes .
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in cash handling and basic financial transactions.
• Previous work experience in a grocery store or café setting is a plus.
• with an emphasis on upselling techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
