Position Summary:
- Design - Drawing, Space Planning and Product Selections for kitchen, bath, outdoor living and whole-house remodeling projects
- Client Management - Keep our clients on-track with budgeting and scheduling tools
- Teamwork - Work together with our Architect, Project Developers and Project Managers to deliver an excellent client experience and a stunning finished project.

Skills Required:
- Thorough understanding of systems, trades and methods commonly employed in residential construction
- Excellent computer skills including experience with apps like Mac OS, iOS, Chief Architect, 20/20, Sketch-Up, BuilderTREND, spreadsheets and documents. Must have ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Ability to read, interpret and do take-offs from plans, design specifications and architectural prints
- Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Design
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential design

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
