We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori educator to join our team at Evergreen Academy. As a Montessori assistant teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding your students in meaningful work and creating a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of curriculum and instructional strategies.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma and a certificate in early childhood education or an equivalent college degree. Previous Montessori teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory. You must also comply with all state education and licensing standards and maintain validation of credentials for the position.
