KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Process Development: Design, document, and implement scalable operational processes to enhance efficiency across multiple school locations.
Best Practices Implementation: Develop and assist with implementing standards to drive consistency in school workflows, administrative procedures, and service delivery.
Content Creation & Documentation: Develop operational guides and SOPs for school leadership teams to reference and execute processes effectively.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and create process maps to streamline daily operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with Regional Director, school leaders, and functional teams (Enrollment, People Operations, MarCom, School Leadership) to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution.
Technology & Systems Integration: Work with internal teams to ensure school operations leverage available systems and tools effectively, optimizing workflow automation where possible.Project Management: Oversee the rollout of operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and on-time execution.Continuous Improvement: Use data and stakeholder feedback to refine and evolve processes, ensuring ongoing operational enhancements.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Operations Program Manager is responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing operational processes across Early Childhood Education (ECE) schools. This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and alignment with best practices to improve daily operations, school performance, and the overall student and family experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in process development, workflow evaluation, and operational execution, with the ability to create structured frameworks, map processes, and support with implementing operational best practices. Prior ECE experience is not required, but experience in multi-unit operations, process design, or business optimization is preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
5 years of experience in process development, business operations, or multi-site operational execution.
Experience in workflow evaluation, process mapping, and content development for operational programs.
Proven ability to implement best practices in multi-location environments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong ability to develop and document structured processes for implementation at scale.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and workflow automation tools.
Excellent written communication skills for creating guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
Strong problem-solving and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent speaking and listening (50-75%). Must be proficient in speaking, writing and reading English to include reading and comprehending policies and procedures, and being able to correspond in English.

Travel:

Work Environment & Additional Responsibilities:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The Operations Program Manager may be required to work more than 40 hours a week. Position is year-round.
