Base salary for this position will increase to $45,000 after candidates hit a consecutive 2-month sales target.
NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Provide financial education to every customer
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
Desired Skills & Abilities:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude required

- Compensation: $40,000 Salary with projected total earnings of $45,000-75,000 annually. (This is a typical average but, we do have top performers that are making more than $80,000 annually)
