NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting sales calls to develop and maintain new accounts
- Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status
- Listening and identifying the customer’s needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
- Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
- Closing deals by confidently leading customers through the final steps of the financing process, addressing last-minute questions or concerns, and securing their commitment to move forward.
- Taking ownership of the full application process from initial contact through to funding, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
- Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.
What You Should Already Have:
- Ability to clearly explain financing options and terms to customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Motivated to grow within a new and expanding department, with opportunities for career advancement.
- Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience

Compensation:
All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:
- Level 1: $45,000 base salary bonus.
- Level 2: $55,000 base salary bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.
Projected Yearly Earnings:
- Level 1: $50,000 – $57,000
- Level 2: $61,500 – $73,000
