Job Overview:
As a Visual Designer at Spring Financial, you’ll play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life across multiple channels. Reporting to the Lead Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact visual assets that elevate the Spring Financial brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing compelling creative assets across digital advertising, website, email marketing, and social media.
- Creating and maintaining web layouts in Figma, supporting both product and marketing initiatives for desktop and mobile.
- Participating in UX and UI design projects to create web and mobile experiences that are user-friendly and visually aligned with the Spring Financial brand.
- Presenting thoughtful, research-backed design concepts to internal stakeholders, explaining your design rationale clearly and confidently.
- Managing end-to-end design projects from conceptualization and iteration through to final production while ensuring pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency.
- Staying up to date on design trends, user behavior, and fintech aesthetics to continuously push our creative standards forward.
- Leading and juggling multiple projects ensuring timelines are met and quality is never compromised.
- Collaborating with other designers, marketers, copywriters, and developers to brainstorm, build, and refine creative ideas across channels.
- Maintaining brand consistency while bringing fresh, bold ideas to the table.
What You Should Have
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a professional design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional relevant projects and case-studies.
- Proven proficiency in website design processes.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and XD.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and component library management.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and experience working with developers to implement designs.
- Excellent communication skills with a team-first, collaborative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Front-end design/development experience
- A good understanding of CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working with CMS tools for website content management
