Spring Glen Fresh Foods is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team! This person will plans, direct, and coordinate the sales efforts with National Industrial accounts to achieve the desired Sales and Marketing objectives. They will be responsible for sales and service of current customers as well as the introduction, development, and placement of new and additional Spring Glen products at foodservice distributors, key operators, industrial, regional, and national chains.
- Appropriate academic credentials with a minimum of two (2) years experience in selling within the Food Service industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in forecasting, developing sales programs and supervising inside and outside sales personnel
