Job Summary:
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, track progress, and help clients improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
- Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy
- Track and report client progress and program data
- Teach communication, self-help, and social skills
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting required
- Registered Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) Certification required
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations
