We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a premier hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reports. Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong background in guest services or customer service roles is essential.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
