Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive breakfast experience. Our objective is to start our guests day out with a smile, and leave a lasting impression as you will be the last point of contact before the guests check out.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Refill drinks, remove plates, cater to any requests, objectively minimizing the need to get up and go to the bar.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with staff, relaying any issues or compliments to hotel management.
Experience:
- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food service and restaurant operations
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and provide excellent guest services
