Join Our Cherry Hill team as a Concierge
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 7:00am - 3:00pm
Position Summary:
Are you enthusiastic, friendly, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families? We are looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will greet residents and visitors, handle phone inquiries, respond to emergencies, and provide essential clerical support. You will report directly to the Business Office Manager/Assistant Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents warmly, providing general assistance and information.
Utilize exceptional telephone skills to manage calls and inquiries effectively.
Monitor the safety and security of residents and property by overseeing surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and other security measures.
Document and report any resident concerns, ensuring they are handled appropriately.
Maintain the visitor sign-in/out log and process maintenance requests promptly.
Carry out daily opening and closing procedures for the office.
Keep emergency contact information up to date.
Receive and manage packages, plants, and other deliveries as needed.
Communicate any resident issues or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attend required training sessions, in-services, and staff meetings.
Strive to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all.
Promote a positive and professional atmosphere for residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Adhere to all Spring Hills, policies and procedures.
Take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
