Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Med Tech to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in ensuring our residents receive proper medication management and compassionate support in their daily care routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Administration: Accurately dispense and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and well-being.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication management and resident care.
Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and caregivers to monitor residents' health and report any concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.
