This position reports to the Business Office Manager/Assistant Administrator.

Concierge Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Environment: Greet residents, visitors, and prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries effectively and relay calls to the appropriate departments.
- Safety Oversight: Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, ensuring the safety of residents and property.
- Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, document concerns, and report issues to supervisors as needed.
- Package Handling: Receive and deliver packages and other items as requested.
- Emergency Preparedness: Maintain emergency contact information and assist during emergency situations.
- Active Listening: Fully engage with others to understand their needs.
- Effective Communication: Convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Service Orientation: Always look for ways to assist residents and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
