In this role, you will work closely with the camp owners and Director, who will maintain creative control and final decision-making authority. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the camp owners to oversee daily camp operations, staff management, and programming of specific age groups.
- Assist in coordinating all camp activities to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, fun, and safe experience for all campers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and licensing requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive camp environment focused on personal growth and team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Recreation, Camp Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a camp setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and communicate well with campers and their families.
- Flexibility and creativity in solving problems and adapting to changing needs.
- Dedication to building a positive, safe, and engaging camp community.
