Schedule: Full-time, flexible; Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces
- Landscape and care for gardens, lawns, and other green areas
- Operate hand and power tools for trimming, mowing, edging, and pruning
- Perform grounds maintenance using equipment such as tractors, mowers, spreaders, lawn rollers, backhoes, and snow removal tools
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable
- Plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation as needed
- Maintain walkways, driveways, and parking areas by sweeping and clearing trash
- Report any issues or damages related to outdoor structures or equipment
Qualifications:
- Must meet all licensing authority requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, staff, families, and visitors
- Ability to follow directions from the Director of Maintenance and Administrator
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
